Sleek Coupe Styling That Stands Out

Staying true to Xiaomi SU7’s aesthetics, the YU7 adopts a sporty coupe-style profile, appealing to young and design-conscious buyers. Its low-slung front end, sharp "X"-shaped headlights, and large blacked-out air intakes boost its dynamic presence. The side view reveals a bold fastback design with seamless, flowing lines. Furthermore, the YU7 provides a 141L electric front trunk and a rear cargo capacity of 678L, expandable to 1758L with the seats down. These practical touches add convenience without compromising its stylish coupe profile.

Luxurious and Smart Interior Experience

Inside, the YU7 takes luxury and tech to new levels. The dashboard features the Xiaomi Panoramic Sky Display—a 3-section immersive screen stretching across the cabin. It projects navigation, driving, and entertainment data using high-contrast rendering and 3D effects. The screen syncs with the central display, offering a stunning launch mode animation and smart features. Xiaomi provides interior options like Turquoise Gray, Coral Orange, and Twilight Blue, catering to a wide range of tastes. The rear includes a detachable 6.88-inch control screen for passengers to adjust climate, lighting, and media settings. These enable safer driving in challenging environments like rain or fog. Xiaomi's system supports comprehensive lane, obstacle, and environment recognition, offering a smarter and safer journey in all conditions.

Strong Performance Backed by 800V Platform

Performance is another highlight. The YU7 offers both single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor all-wheel drive configurations. The RWD version delivers 235kW power and sprints from 0 to 100km/h in 5.88 seconds. The AWD model hits 100km/h in just 3.23 seconds, with a combined output of 508kW. The battery options include a 96.3kWh LFP pack and a 101.7kWh NMC pack, offering CLTC ranges of 835km, 770km, and 760km respectively. Thanks to the 5.2C ultra-fast charging, the YU7 can add 620km of range in just 15 minutes. From speed to range, this SUV ticks every performance box.

Xiaomi YU7 debuts:Competitive Edge and Market Positioning

Despite not disclosing the price, Xiaomi is likely to follow its value-driven strategy. The YU7 is expected to compete with the Tesla Model Y, NIO EC6, and Avatr 07. With flagship specs like a standard 800V platform, luxurious comfort, and full-lidar ADAS, the YU7 addresses many SU7 shortcomings. If Xiaomi prices it around 250,000 RMB, it will be a serious disruptor in the segment. With strong performance, tech-rich features, and Xiaomi’s ecosystem backing, the YU7 is poised to attract premium EV buyers worldwide.
