On September 9, 2025, Fangchengbao officially launched the Titanium 7, marking a shift from brand building to mainstream competition. The starting price is set at ¥179,800, positioning the SUV directly against strong rivals in the family market.
The Titanium 7 lineup includes four versions:
135 km two-wheel-drive Pro | ¥179,800 |
200 km two-wheel-drive Max | ¥189,800 |
190 km four-wheel-drive Max | ¥206,800 |
190 km four-wheel-drive Ultra | 219,800 |
This aggressive pricing strategy is Fangchengbao’s first step to enter the crowded SUV segment. Moreover, the brand defines the Titanium 7 as “a car that does not compromise the driver and does not disappoint the family.”
The Titanium 7 adopts a “boxy” design, part of Fangchengbao’s brand DNA. However, its unibody structure gives it a wider and more stable stance compared to the Leopard 5. Additionally, it avoids the trend of cramped third-row seating, instead focusing on a large five-seat layout.
With a 2,920 mm wheelbase, it achieves a 70.9% cabin efficiency, ensuring generous legroom. Moreover, the trunk offers 970 liters of cargo space, expanding to over 1,800 liters when the rear seats are folded. Consequently, the SUV provides both utility and comfort for family travel.
The Titanium 7 is powered by BYD’s fifth-generation DM hybrid system. Its 1.5T engine and dedicated blade battery deliver both efficiency and strength. The two-wheel-drive model achieves 5.9 L/100 km fuel consumption with a 1,300 km combined range.
Meanwhile, the four-wheel-drive model accelerates from 0–100 km/h in 4.5 seconds. Furthermore, the chassis includes a double-wishbone front and multi-link rear suspension. It also integrates the YunNian-C damping system with road preview technology. As a result, the SUV can adjust suspension instantly for bumps, enhancing ride quality and preventing motion sickness.
The Titanium 7 interior features a “seven-screen” setup, including a 15.6-inch center screen, 12.3-inch instrument cluster, and a 26-inch W-HUD. Additionally, BYD’s “DiSound” system uses up to 20 speakers, with headrest speakers delivering private audio to the driver.
More importantly, Fangchengbao extends smart integration beyond the car. It collaborates with Goodbaby to offer a smart child safety seat, connected directly to the car’s display. Moreover, the BYD Pad doubles as both entertainment and control terminal.
The ecosystem also supports Insta360 cameras and BYD’s “Lingyuan” drone, enabling real-time shooting, dynamic tracking, and family adventure storytelling. Consequently, the Titanium 7 creates a versatile, connected lifestyle experience.
In the ¥200,000 SUV segment, the Li L6 and AITO M7 dominate with family-focused comfort. However, the Titanium 7 offers differentiation with two key advantages. First, its hard-edged design provides individuality compared to “soft family SUVs.” Second, its multi-experience focus ensures fun for both drivers and passengers.
Combined with its aggressive pricing, the Titanium 7 positions itself as a fresh contender in the mainstream market, offering personality, practicality, and advanced technology in one package.
